4. During the warranty period, if a quality-related issue arises under normal usage, please send us a detailed written description of the problem. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

10. How will the goods be packed?
Our products are typically packed in wooden cases, with the wooden materials fumigated to meet ISPM15 requirements.
11. How long is the warranty?
The warranty period starts from the date of BL (AWB) and extends for 12 months.
12. How can I get the right spare parts for your products?
Each of our products has a unique serial number, serving as its identity. To obtain spare parts, please contact us with the serial number, and we will provide the appropriate equipment parts in line with the warranty terms.
13. Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning services?
Yes, we offer on-site installation and commissioning services as per your requirements. Details and pricing will be specified in the specially signed foreign technical service contract.
14. Do you provide operator training services?
We provide operator training services based on your needs. This training will be conducted according to the specially signed training agreement.
15. If the product fails, what should we do?
In the event of a failure, please send us a detailed description and pictures of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your notice and provide solution proposals within 48 hours.
