YU-EG Series Roots Blower for Special Gas Application
 

YU-EG anti-corrosive and leak-proof blower develops on the basis of common roots blower with the cylinder,rotor and other parts improved.Its flow parts are sprayed with special anti-corrosion materials for the purpose of biogas,waste gas and other special gas conveying.
 

Main Characteristics:
1,The blower can be used for conveying acid,alkali,corrosion and other special gas.

2,Water cooling adopted for longer service life of the bearing.
3,The inner part of the blower and the surface of the impellers are sprayed with special materials of good lubrication and anti-adhesion.

Main Advantages:

1,Compacting structure,inlet and outlet same construction,multiform fitting ways.

2,Integral structure of impeller and shaft ,which can avoid the defection of separate type.

3,Water cooling structure which can improve the work condition of bearing and prolong the using life.

4,Spraying special material(PTFE) with well corrosion resistance and stick on the impeller and the parts contacting the fluid.

5,Blower can convey the special gas of acid ,alkali, corrosive,etc.
