Product introduction:
GS series single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower is specially designed for waste water treatment aeration.Meanwhile,it is available for medium,such as air,nitrogen,nitrogen dioxide and other non-corrosive gases.
Gs blower is characterized by wide applicability, significant energy saving,small area and easy installation,operation and maintenance.
Blower structure:
Gs series centrifugal blower features single-stage cantilever,axial inlet and radical discharge structure. Air comes into the suction pipe and the inlet guide vane device from the inlet filter setting.Main driving motor is connected with the coupling and the step-up box.When start, the step-up gear drive the ternary mixed semi-open impeller to make gas for power,and the gas discharge out through vane-less diffuser and volute chamber.
Main characteristics:
·Good aerodynamic performance: ternary semi-open mixed-flow impeller adopted for not easy to cause vortex and for small airflow loss.
·Adjusted by inlet guide vane, the efficiency curve of the unit is flat, and even under non-designed operating conditions,good energy-saving effect can be achieved.
·Compact structure,small floor area,easy operation.
·The impeller is made of high-strength aviation aluminum alloy, machined by imported five-coordinate linkage machining center with small curve error. It is of reliable pneumatic performance and high efficiency,while it can save15%-25% power comparing with most Roots blowers.
·Impeller and speed-up gear are of integral structure, which greatly reduces the mechanical loss.
·Helical type speed-up gear adopted for good stability, low vibration, low noise and long service life under high-speed running.
·Special tilting pad bearing: through special tilting pads, the product has a high stability when running under high speed.
·High degree of automatic control,good reliability.

10,In 2016, Sino-Korean joint venture Wuxi B-Tohin & Ace Blower Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. was established. In the same year,air foil centrifugal blower was successfully introduced,and Tohin Vietnam Industry was founded.
11,In 2017,the company turned on the Internet of things intelligent ,the balance tester of Air Bearing Turbo Centrifugal blower was successfully put into use .The Science and Technology Association of B-Tohin was founded.
12,In 2018, B-Tohin magnetic suspension centrifugal blower,stainless steel blower and other new products were successfully launched.
13,In2019,Adopted the ERP platform management in the whole company and passed the assessment of "Informational and Industrialize Integration" in 2019.
14,B-Tohin screw blower was put on market successfully in 2021.

Q2. What is your warranty?
Our warranty is 12 months after received the roots blower. During the warranty period, replace the damaged parts for free of charge. Out warranty period, to provide timely, high-quality technical services and price concessions spare parts to ensure continuous safe and high-quality equipment operation.
Q3. How long is the service life of roots blower?
In normal use environment
A- Service life of blower is more than 10 years.
B- Service life of Impeller is more than 60, 000 hours.
C- Service life of bearing is more than 50, 000 hours.
D- Service life of gear is more than 60, 000 hours.
Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in Fumigation Free Plywood Case. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q5. How does your factory control product quality?
We have quality inspection department. Before sending out product, we check each product. If there is quality problem, we will produce new one.
Q6. What are your terms of payment?
TT 30% as the advance payment and TT 70% after inspection before shipping.
