About ATB
Air suspension bearing: no lubricating oil, no vibration, semi permanent life, low noise. The bearing uses the surrounding air to replace the lubricating oil and can operate at higher temperature and speed. The advantages are flexible starting, low cost operation and no mechanical friction.
The impeller is made of 7075 material and is precision manufactured with cutting-edge three-dimensional design technology. It has high strength, high pneumatic efficiency, low wear and is directly connected with the shaft.
High speed motor: the efficiency is more than 95%, which can be used for precise speed control. The minimum design is used, and the speed is fast. Air cooling can be used to achieve high efficiency of the motor.
Frequency converter: international famous brands such as Yaskawa of Japan and Finland can be used.
PLC: programmable controller can adopt Allen Bradley Meet international quality standards.
