Our warranty period is 12 months from the receipt of the Roots blower. During the warranty period, we replace damaged parts free of charge. Beyond the warranty period, we provide prompt, high-quality technical services and cost-effective spare parts to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of your equipment.
3. How long is the service life of the roots blower?
Under typical operating conditions,
A- The roots blower boasts a service life exceeding 10 years.
B- The impeller is engineered for a remarkable service life of over 60,000 hours.
C- The bearings have an impressive lifespan of more than 50,000 hours.

4. What are your packing terms?
A: Typically, we package our products in a Fumigation-Free Plywood Case. Should you have a legally registered patent, we are able to accommodate by packing the goods in your branded boxes upon receipt of your authorization letters.
5. How does your factory ensure product quality?
Our dedicated quality inspection department meticulously examines each product before dispatch. In the event of any quality issues, we will promptly manufacture a new one.
6. What are your payment terms?
