1,High speed permanent magnet motor
The high-speed motor adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor. For each model of motor, secondary software and hardware development is carried out for the drive frequency converter, while optimizing the matching of reactors or filters. The efficiency of both the motor and frequency converter is higher than 97%, ensuring stable operation of the motor at low temperatures and high efficiency.
2,Pneumatic system
Having over ten years of experience in the development and designing of impeller machinery. Each type of impeller has undergone long-term bench tests to ensure its aerodynamic performance is efficient and reliable.The impeller efficiency is over 87%. By adopting frequency conversion regulation, the guide vane adjustment is eliminated, resulting a smaller starting current and a wider adjustable range for the blower.
3,Cooling technology
The blower adopts coaxial air cooling technology, which does not require additional cooling system . The cooling system flow channel design is reasonable and the structure is reliable. This cooling design ensures that the blower maintains reliable performance in various environments and working conditions, making it more energy-efficient and reliable.
4,Magnetic suspension bearing
Magnetic levitation bearings are a new type of bearing that uses magnetic force to achieve support. They are non-contact, non lubricated and sealed, low vibration, long service life, and low maintenance costs. By collaborating with outstanding domestic and international experts in magnetic levitation bearing design, we have accumulated years of experience in manufacturing and using magnetic levitation bearings. 5,No performance reduction
Based on magnetic levitation bearing technology, there is no mechanical friction between the rotating and stationary parts during the operation of the motor, ensuring that the performance of the air compressor does not deteriorate due to component wear throughout its entire life cycle.

Q2. What is your warranty?
Our warranty is 12 months after received the roots blower. During the warranty period, replace the damaged parts for free of charge. Out warranty period, to provide timely, high-quality technical services and price concessions spare parts to ensure continuous safe and high-quality equipment operation.
Q3. How long is the service life of roots blower?
In normal use environment
A- Service life of blower is more than 10 years.
B- Service life of Impeller is more than 60, 000 hours.
C- Service life of bearing is more than 50, 000 hours.
D- Service life of gear is more than 60, 000 hours.
Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in Fumigation Free Plywood Case. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q5. How does your factory control product quality?
We have quality inspection department. Before sending out product, we check each product. If there is quality problem, we will produce new one.
